我司自主研發(fā)的《八維數(shù)字孿生智慧工廠開發(fā)平臺(tái)》獲得了由我國版權(quán)局頒發(fā)的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件著作權(quán)登記證書。
該系統(tǒng)以軟件平臺(tái)為核心,通過可視化配置,簡化了復(fù)雜的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)硬件開發(fā)工作,無需任何編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)就可以完成功能定義、界面設(shè)計(jì)等工作。
八維數(shù)字孿生智慧工廠開發(fā)平臺(tái)是在我司自主研發(fā)的BIM 8D數(shù)字孿生基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)支撐下,基于人工智能和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的算法和創(chuàng)新技術(shù)開發(fā)的軟件平臺(tái)。這款平臺(tái)將大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能和數(shù)字孿生等前沿技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)相融合,構(gòu)建出智慧工廠。八維數(shù)字孿生智慧工廠以三維場景為依托,生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)為核心,生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)為紐帶的數(shù)字孿生應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)廠房、車間、流水線、設(shè)備的逐級(jí)可視,并整合各業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行綜合監(jiān)管及全局分析。
該平臺(tái)利用虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)方法獲得工廠現(xiàn)狀的全熱點(diǎn)三維模型,結(jié)合 3DGIS+BIM技術(shù)搭建并集成全生命周期的動(dòng)靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),在大屏顯示上以“一張圖”的形式漫游展示整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程,形象直觀。此外,基于工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的數(shù)字化工廠數(shù)字孿生平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)分為四層:基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)層、基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)層、平臺(tái)服務(wù)層、應(yīng)用服務(wù)層。

The 8-dimensional digital Twin Smart factory development platform is a software platform developed based on the algorithms and innovative technologies of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things under the support of the BIM 8D digital twin infrastructure independently developed by our company. The platform integrates cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and digital twins with traditional manufacturing to build a smart factory. E ight-dimensional digital twin smart factory is based on three-dimensional scene, production data as the core, production business as the link of the digital twin application, to achieve the plant, workshop, assembly line, equipment level by level visibility, and integration of business system data, comprehensive supervision and global analysis of the production process.
The platform uses virtual reality method to obtain the full hot three-dimensional model of the current situation of the factory, combines 3DGIS+BIM technology to build and integrate the dynamic and static data of the whole life cycle, and walks the entire production process in the form of "one picture" on the large screen display, which is intuitive. In addition, the digital twin platform system architecture of the digital factory based on the industrial Internet platform is divided into four layers: basic data layer, basic service layer, platform service layer and application service layer.
